Annual Quality Assurance surveying can often be very time consuming for providers and sometimes present challenges with how people can submit feedback that is genuinely anonymous. Apollo Consultancy can manage the production and dispatch of Quality Assurance Surveys to the employees of providers, people receiving care, the families of people in care and external stakeholders. Surveys can be returned to Apollo to protect anonymity. Apollo will then compile the results into a summary report that includes demonstrating trends of positives and improvement opportunities. The documented reports and examples of surveys can provide part of the quality assurance that a provider can show to CQC and reference in Provider Information Returns.
