Compliance Auditing
Apollo Consultancy offers a range of auditing processes that can be delivered by its team. Compliance Auditing differs from a Mock Inspection as auditing has a focus on individual subjects. Providers can contract specific individual audits or longer periods of auditing (more then a single day) whereby a bespoke program of auditing can be made up from a menu of audit options and delivered for the bespoke needs the provider has at that time. Like the Mock Inspection the Compliance Auditing is fully documented, with recommended action plans. The provider will be able to show this evidence to CQC as part quality assurance process. Utilizing an external expert demonstrates a provider who has appropriate openness and not an insular ethos.
