Leadership and Managment - Development and Mentoring


We can help develop and support a range of leader and management skills and qualities. Whether it be a person’s first big step into Team Leading, being a new Deputy or Manager maybe experienced managers who would benefit from support in regrouping skill sets and performance enhancement. We can offer individual sessions or longer-term support through probation periods, talent assessment and development, skills teaching and turnaround. Examples of support include:

  • Identify talent for future leaders/managers
  • Delivering supervisions
  • Delivering supervision training
  • Training potential/new/existing leaders and managers
  • Ongoing mentorship

Our training is based upon Management Induction Standards and the Leadership Qualities Framework.

Training is not e-learning and is a mixture of in-person on site and remote.
